Refund Policy

At Mente, every candle is carefully hand-poured and thoughtfully packaged with intention. We hope each piece brings warmth, comfort, and reflection into your space. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help.
 

Returns

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used, burned, or opened candles.

If your item is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please email hello@withmente.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@withmente.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
 

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Burned or used candles

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper candle care

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom products (if offered)
     

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications.
